• Products or product codes (SKUs) in your enquiry list, and quantities

• Required dimensions, material or finish preferences, and your message or notes

Please do not include sensitive personal information in your enquiry; it is not needed.

2. Information collected automatically

When you submit an enquiry we also record the page you submitted it from and your browser's user-agent text, to understand which pages lead to enquiries and to help diagnose problems. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, date and time of request) for security and reliability.

3. Cookies, local storage and analytics

The public website currently uses your browser's local storage only for essential features: remembering your enquiry list and recent searches on your own device. These are not sent to us until you submit an enquiry. We do not currently run analytics or advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

We use third-party providers for website hosting, database and file storage. They process information on our behalf only to provide those services. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, those communications are also handled by the respective service providers under their own terms.

We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, manage any resulting quotation or order, and meet our business and legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
