These terms cover your use of the Venus Creatives website. They do not replace the commercial terms and conditions in our quotations, proforma invoices or purchase-order acceptances, which govern any sale.

1. Information purpose

Website content is provided for general information about our hospitality furniture and services. It is indicative and may change without notice.

2. Product images and representations

Images, colours, finishes and descriptions are representative. Actual products may vary due to natural materials, hand finishing, screen display and project customisation. Some imagery may illustrate concepts or styling.

3. Customisation and specifications

Most furniture is made to order, and customisation is project-specific. Final dimensions, specifications, materials and finishes are those approved in the quotation/order. Standard production lead time is typically 45–60 days from approval and depends on quantity, customisation, project scope and approved specifications.

4. Enquiries are not orders

Submitting an enquiry or RFQ does not create an order or contract. Final commercial terms — including price, delivery, warranty and service — come only from the approved quotation, proforma invoice or purchase-order acceptance, as applicable.

5. Warranty

Any warranty or service is as per the applicable quotation/order. Hardware is covered by the hardware manufacturer's own warranty, which Venus Creatives does not independently extend. Stone and glass are excluded from furniture warranty, and transit damage is not covered as warranty. Service arrangements vary by location and project.

6. Intellectual property

Website content — including text, photographs, designs, logos and layout — belongs to Venus Creatives or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission. Client names and logos belong to their respective owners.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading or spam enquiries.
• Do not attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with the website or its security, or scrape content in bulk.
• Do not upload files containing malware or content you do not have rights to share.

8. Your submissions

You confirm that information and documents you submit are accurate and that you are entitled to share them. We use them as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party links

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimer and limitation

The website is provided "as is". While we try to keep it accurate and available, we do not guarantee that content is complete, current or error-free, or that the website will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Venus Creatives is not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content alone; decisions should rely on the approved quotation/order.
